Terms and Conditions
Our Guarantee
You will only find items of the very best quality in our range of products. We take every possible care to describe each item accurately and show it as clearly as we can. There may be instances where the print varies from the actual product colour. All our products carry a 30 day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any item from us, we’ll do everything we can to deal with the matter to your complete satisfaction. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 days although this may take longer if we are waiting for stock to arrive from our suppliers. You will be notified by email if delivery is likely to take longer than 10 days.
Please note that for items paid by cheque, we will only dispatch your order once your cheque has cleared which may take 3 - 5 business days.
Fair Returns Policy
StrappyBras want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from us. So if you are for any reason unhappy with any of the items that you have ordered, you can return them to us for either an exchange or refund. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase in a resaleable condition with the correct labels in place where relevant (bra straps should be returned in their original packaging) and must not have been washed or worn other than for the purposes of checking them for size, fit and style. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost goods or postal costs incurred when sending items back to us, unless the goods are deemed to be faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please request proof of posting for all returned goods. A credit note for the value of the returned goods will be offered for all items returned after 14 days.
Washing Instructions
StrappyBras highly recommends that you wash bra straps and bras/thongs with jewelled detail by hand to ensure they are not damaged. Please note we cannot be held responsible for damage to items as a result of machine washing.
UK Distance Selling Directive
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from us for a full refund. To cancel your order, write to us or email us within seven days of delivery of your item(s) quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. They must be in a resaleable condition when returned to us. Please note that in the event that the goods have already been despatched to you, we cannot pay the cost of return postage to our premises.

All orders include VAT at the current rate.
