Standard Delivery
Orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 days although this may take longer if we are waiting for stock to arrive from our suppliers. You will be notified by email if delivery is likely to take longer than 10 days. UK standard delivery is by Royal Mail First Class at a cost of £2.99 per order which usually takes between 2 - 4 days to reach you.

Express Delivery
If your order is urgent, Express delivery is available at £6.50 per order which guarantees next working day delivery (excludes Saturdays and Bank Holidays) for orders placed before 11.30am (Mon - Fri) and provides a more secure delivery method. Please note a signature is required on delivery for this method. Orders placed after 11.30am will be guaranteed for delivery within 2 working days.

Returns
If you are for any reason unhappy with any of the items that you have ordered, you can return them to us to the address below for either an exchange or refund. We appreciate that items sometimes may not fit or be the required style and we ask that you return items in the condition received. All original labels must be in place and items must not have been washed or worn other than for the purposes of checking them for size, fit and style. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in us being unable to provide a refund for the returned items.

Please request proof of posting for all returned goods which will help us make a claim with Royal Mail in the event the goods are lost on return. If you are returning only part of your order, please note your order delivery charge is non-refundable.

Cancellation

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please do so in writing by emailing us at info@strappybras.com, stating the order number and giving your clear instruction to cancel the order. If we have already dispatched your order, you will need to package the items securely and return them to us.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item(s) back from you, we may arrange for collection of them from your residence at your cost.

We will refund you for the items and also the delivery charge upon receipt of the order, and in any case within 30 days after we receive your notification.
