Delivery Information
Efficient Delivery Service
UK delivery is by Royal Mail First Class at a cost of £1.80 per order which usually takes between 2 - 4 days to reach you.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 days although this may take longer if we are waiting for stock to arrive from our suppliers. You will be notified by email if delivery is likely to take longer than 10 days.
Please note that for items paid by cheque, we will only dispatch your order once your cheque has cleared which may take 3 - 5 business days.
Returns
If you are for any reason unhappy with any of the items that you have ordered, you can return them to us for either an exchange or refund. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase in a resaleable condition with the correct labels in place where relevant (bra straps should be returned in their original packaging) and must not have been washed or worn other than for the purposes of checking them for size, fit and style. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost goods or postal costs incurred when sending items back to us, unless the goods are deemed to be faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please request proof of posting for all returned goods.
